Does the hoodie run true to size?

It is cut oversized on purpose, so it runs roomier than a standard fit. Measure your bust — tape around the fullest part, level all the way round, arms down — then pick the size whose Chest figure sits about 4 to 8 inches above it. If you land between two sizes, size down for a neater silhouette, or stay with the larger one if you plan to wear a jumper underneath.

Are the numbers in the size chart my measurements or the garment's?

The garment's. Every figure is the finished piece measured all the way round, not a body measurement and not a flat half-width, so you can hold your own tape reading up against it directly. Because the cut is oversized, the Chest and Hip figures are deliberately several inches larger than the body they are meant to fit — that gap is the shape, not an error. Allow up to an inch of variance, since each piece is cut and sewn individually.

How do I pick a size for the joggers?

Measure your hip at the widest point, roughly 8 inches below your waist with your feet together, then look for a Hip figure 3 to 6 inches larger. The Waist column is the waistband relaxed — it is elasticated with a drawcord, so it stretches several inches beyond that number and cinches in below it.

Can I buy just the hoodie or just the joggers?

Yes. Use the Type option at the top of the page: choose Top for the hoodie alone, Pants for the joggers alone, or Set for both pieces together in matching colour and size.

Do the hoodie and joggers come in the same size range?

They do — every colour is available in XS through 2XL for both pieces, so the size you take on top is the size you take on the bottom. The joggers also have an elasticated drawcord waist, which gives you a few inches of adjustment either way.

How long are the joggers?

Measured down the outside leg from the waistband, they run 39.4 inches at XS up to 43.3 inches at 2XL. On most people that lands at the ankle with a slight break above the trainer. If you are under about 5'3", expect a little extra length to gather at the ankle.

Is this warm enough for winter?

The sherpa fleece is thick and the ribbed cuffs and hem trap heat, so it handles cold mornings and autumn-into-winter wear comfortably on its own. In deep winter or wind, treat it as a mid-layer under a coat rather than as outerwear.

How do I wash it without flattening the texture?

Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle with like colours, then tumble dry on low or hang to dry. Skip the bleach and skip high heat — hot water and a hot dryer are what mat down the pile and dull the cable-knit relief. Washing it inside out helps the surface keep its loft.

Does it shed on darker clothes?

A little loose fibre is normal on a brand-new fleece pile. Wash it once before the first wear and it settles down considerably.

Which colour is most versatile?

Black is the easiest to style with anything and the most forgiving day to day. Grey sits in the middle and reads slightly softer. Off-white shows the cable-knit texture best of the three, because the pattern catches shadow rather than disappearing into a dark surface.

Orders are shipped out directly from any of our many domestic & international warehouses and they will do everything they can to process your order as fast as they can! Due to the popularity of our offers, please allow an estimated 7 - 12 days for your order to arrive in the USA (varies from product to product) and around 7 - 12 days for other countries (depending on the distance).

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER GETS STUCK OR LOST IN THE MAIL?

All of our orders are sent with insured shipping and handling. If an order gets stuck at customs, sent back, or even lost during the delivery process we will send you a new package with quicker shipping and full tracking, if possible. RETURNS AND EXCHANGE

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues

Exceptions / non-returnable items
